Return/Exchange Policy

At Noif, we want you to love your jeans. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help!
Returns
  • Eligibility: You can return your jeans within 7 days of receiving them, as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Process: To initiate a return, simply contact our customer support at Support@Noif.in with your order details. We’ll guide you through the process.
  • Refund: Once your return is approved and processed, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.[For COD purchases, we offer store credit (equal to the value of your order) within 1-2 business days of receiving the returned item. The credit can be used on future purchases.]
  • COD Charges: COD charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
  • Eligibility: You can exchange your article for a different size or style within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is in original condition.
  • Process: To start an exchange, email us at Support@Noif.in, and we’ll assist you in finding the right fit or style. We’ll ship the new product as soon as we receive the returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
  • Products that are damaged, worn, or washed.
  • Products without original tags intacted
  • Items purchased on sale or during promotional periods.
Important Notes
  • We currently offer returns and exchanges only within India.
